Multi-factor recovery process

Scenario

The multi-factor device for your Signature 365 account is no longer available to be used to login.

Solution

Understandably, we are unable to remove MFA token from a user's admin account via a support ticket, as this is a typical method used by threat actors to gain access to an account.

Due to the ability of a compromised account to apply malicious changes to all emails leaving a company, we must confirm in person that any requests are legitimate.

Symprex will contact the company directly using our internal company information to contact the user requesting MFA removal from an account. Once the request has been confirmed, we will then remove the MFA device from the account.
