Information
All data imported to Signature 365 is a one-direction sync - changes made within Signature 365 cannot be synced back to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
By default, imported data from Microsoft 365 or the external connectors cannot be updated; however, it is possible to grant this permission through the Signature 365 portal as an administrator.

You will note that standard and imported fields cannot have their names edited.
You can grant Administrators, Editors or Users the permission to edit user field data - select the options required, and click Save.
Editing field data is available both in the Signature 365 portal, and within the Signature 365 add-in.
