Scenario
You wish to use the Aptos font introduced by Microsoft within your Signature 365 signatures, but the font does not render in a browser window.
Reason
Microsoft made the Aptos font the default for Office applications in 2024, but it is not natively supported by web browsers, and by extension Outlook Web Access.
Solution
Information
Please note, that the Aptos font must be installed on a device for this to render. Devices without the Aptos font installed will fallback to the Calibri default font.
This must also be installed for the receiving party to render as the Aptos font.
To use this font in your Signature 365 signatures, you must install the Aptos font on your Windows devices.
